My son's coach at camp and Mr. Riches both had degrees in education, so the children benefited not only from their expertise on the soccer field, but also their expertise and understanding of the child development, both mentally and physically.

" The staff at Technical Soccer Clinics are first and foremost educators - their topic happens to be soccer. Each of them are accomplished coaches at multiple, high levels of play, and many of them have played, or are still playing at the professional or national team level in their respective home countries. They have a tremendous command of the game, which they are able to convey to their players in ways that are specific and can easily be grasped by the age level they are instructing. I was particularly impressed one evening, during a 25 minute thunderstorm delay in a picnic shelter, as Coach Ozzie kept the undivided attention of a group of fifteen 12 year olds on the finer points of defensive tactics. My team has used TSC for team camps during the summer, as well as for training sessions during the course of the season. In addition, I have had numerous players who have attended individual player camps as well as one-on-one training sessions with a TSC coach. In my mind, TSC offers the best soccer training value in the Southeast and I would recommend them highly."

From the minute Coach Riches stepped on the field, I knew that my girls were in for a great experience. Coach Riches kept a great flow of learning opportunities going. His knowledge of the technical, tactical, physical, and psychological aspects of soccer are matched by no other person or coach I have ever come in contact with. His variety of training experiences were superb as was his demeanor and interaction with the girls. His willingness to work with the coaches of the teams in training is unbelievable.

Coach Riches sets the bar of standard very high and keeps it there. He always pushes the girls to improve and raise the bar themselves. The instruction we received for the price of the camp was remarkable. We will definitely use Coach Riches next year and are planning to hold a mini-camp during the season as well. As far as I am concerned, there is no comparison to his soccer camp. He is definitely the trendsetter as opposed to the follower!

Thank you so much for being a wonderful influence on the children you teach. My daughter just finished your technical soccer clinic in Swansea. She has been playing soccer for 5 years and will begin playing Classic soccer in the fall. She has become more excited about soccer since the camp started, and I did not think that was possible.

Going into the camp I knew the girls would learn skills, however the skills that you taught were more valuable than one could expect. Being a pro it is easy to show the girls how the skills work. The catch is to get the girls to understand the skills and exactly how and when to use them. You have mastered this skill. The girls learned so much that I believe they really grew as a team, as well as individuals. The skills you have taught them, I believe will be used in every aspect of the game.

The best part of the camp was the method used for teaching. The girls had so much fun learning and playing. You have been a wonderful instructor and we look forward to working with you again in the future.

TSC runs a fantastic training program. The background, professionalism and ability to effectively communicate with kids ensure a well qualified program for students of all ages and abilities. TSC has a unique ability to capture the attention of a group of kids and keep them involved in activities that benefit in the development of their soccer skills. Coach Riches has taught me a great deal that I have used to develop and improve the play of my team. Although I am a new coach he showed a great deal of patience with me and was always willing to explain even the simplest of terms or drills. I have recommended his clinics to all of my players and consider it a privilege to have benefited from his instruction.
