TSC Speed & Agility training is designed to increase speed, agility, balance and coordination. We focus
on the demands of the game and incorporate Running speed (without the ball) and
technical speed (running with the ball). Speed and strength
are integral components of fitness found in varying degrees in virtually all
athletic movements. We'll show you the correct training techniques to
improve your speed and strength which will ultimately contribute to your success
as a soccer player.
Specificity
is the key to any conditioning program. This means that the movement you
perform in training should match, as closely as possible, the movements
encountered during the game. So based on the game we will increase and
develop your jumping, sprinting and explosive power.
